Spice Up your Love Life

NEW CLASS!!

www.mydoterra.com/healingsources

I have been REALLY ENJOYING my journey with my ESSENTIAL OILS! This is based on a new class I am building for my essential oils business. I am excited to be sharing a preview of more to come...

I have learned so much just from sharing with so many interested people and using them in my own life.
This is my husband Augie! He is an amazing man and we definitely have chemistry. More on that in a moment;) ....
One of the most frequently asked question I get in classes I teach is... DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING TO BOOST MY LIBIDO? (this is asked in a whisper or a quiet tone with a giggle followed by other woman leaning in to hear my response.) I definitely do! See my recipes below.
Like any area of our lives we wish to improve, not one shoe fits all! That being said,  many of us women struggle with the desire to be more passionate. I have found as I grow older my desire toward my husband has ebbed and I often feel overwhelmed or over tired. A common result of being over 40.
Back to Augie... I have learned to focus on what it was that first set a spark that started that raging fire inside of me the first time I meet him. Augie and I meet on the internet and our first meeting was at a Starbucks in my home town. When I walked in an saw him I feel head over heels for those dark eyes of his and his bashful smile. He is all man, but has the gentlest heart. When I think on these things, my heart still skips a beat. ...
I have found as I have gotten older my prime time for passion is not at bedtime. Augie and I try to work it into our lives to enjoy a little afternoon delight here and there when our 10 kids at home are at school or work. This is key for me.
scroll to bottom for Erotic Recipes.
As you can see. privacy can be at a minimum with all our kids...even grown kids like Ben above!

He has the best sense of humor!  If your guy doesn't seem to show you LOVE...try giving him some RESPECT! Men love it and it makes them LOVE you!!
                I still can't believe he's all mine!

If the man in your life has a kind bone in his body and you still find your desires have faded I am going to share a few oil mixes that should definitely
 help you retrieve that passion!

My Natural Cleaning Adventure! Healthy Home Happy Honey's

Cleaning Makes Me Happy!!
Today, I began cleaning my home with my hand made, natural cleaners. Many may ask WHY a mom of 17 would want to spend her time mixing up cleaning supplies? I am all about saving Time, Money, and Health! I FOUND ALL THREE TO BE THE CASE TODAY!
I saved a lot of time because I virtually had three home made cleaners to use throughout my house. My main scrub was baking soda mixed with wonderful smelling essential oils. The beautiful thing about baking soda is that, unlike store bought scrubs, they dissolve and rinse down the drain immediately without a scratchy leftover residue. In the past I would have spent so much time after cleaning, trying to rid myself of that bathroom grit!!
I saved a ton of money buying basic ingredients instead of costly name brand cleaners. I got way more volume and bang for my buck!

Homemade Dish Soap recipe from DoTerra's Winter 2014 magazine www.onedoterracommunity.com https://www.facebook.com/#!/OneDoterraCommunity          And... The biggest perk was the way I felt. I usually have a headache at the end of cleaning day. After being holed up in three bathrooms and inhaling toxins all morning, I end my day in a slump and quite a grump. Not the case today! Smelling the lavender, and Wild Orange essential oils (www.mydoterra.com/healingsources) really gave me peace and inspired me to keep cleaning. It was fun! Besides, all of those toxins we breathe in are taking years off our lives and our health. So many cleaners are very bad for us and for our families. I am so thankful to find safe and effective alternatives that are not only safe for my family but also good for the environment and the septic. I love my new healthy, happy cleaning supplies.

 Lavender All-Purpose Cleaner:
In a spray bottle, mix equal parts of vinegar and water. Add 40 drops of lavender essential oil and shake well to combine. Add 2 small drops of purple food coloring if desired. Spray on to surface and wipe with a soft cloth. Polish with a dry cloth if necessary. This is my new go-to spray for polished counter tops

                                                                                                                  Window Cleaner

Window Cleaner

Fill spray bottle 1/2 full of cleaning vinegar. ( Cleaning vinegar is more acidic then cooking vinegar thus a better cleaning choice. Find it in the cleaning supplies isle at Walmart.) Fill the rest of the bottle with water and 30 drops of your choice of essential oils. I used doTerras lavender this time. Add 1 Tb. of Rubbing Alcohol for better distribution of oil. Use as you would Windex.

The Natural Home - You Have To Start Somewhere

I am super excited about the next step in developing my Natural Healthy Home. I have all my supplies and recipes planned out for this weeks work. As a mom it is super important to me that I am providing the best possible environment for my large family. I have been kind of a ditch walker in my cleaning supplies. I have dabbled in natural cleaning here and there but have not fully committed due to lack of knowledge. The more I read the more I am convinced that the toxins in standard cleaners are not what I want in my home! They do not produce my healthy best environment! So, studying ways to effectively clean my home naturally has become a priority. Whatever you are using right now to clean your home, I encourage you to begin to convert to a natural cleaning regiment. Today, I wiped my counters down with a damp dish cloth sprinkled with a few drops of wild orange essential oil. The result was amazing and my home smelled fantastic and inviting.

Tell Me, How Do You Do It All? Doing Life In A Large Family

I remember back when I was pregnant with my fifth child. I was in awe of big families. There was one super mom in particular who had just had her ninth child. She had home birthed, healed with herbs, home schooled, was fit and healthy.  I was amazed! I mean, how did she do it all? When did she have the time?

When I attempted to get that answer out of her, she just shrugged her shoulders and smiled benignly. I was drawn to her and watched her like some people watch a fish bowl! I learned that among the apparent chaos there was order.

Now, I am asked that question quiet frequently. Seventeen kids?? HOW DO YOU DO IT ALL?

I always am quick to tell them that I only have eight kids remaining at home. Which generally brings exclamations of the cost of it all and the words, "ONLY EIGHT!"
When I look back over the past 30 years of motherhood and contemplate how to answer that question it occurs to me that my super mom must have been stumped too. Many years have been a blur of activities and ups and downs.
In answer to that question though I would have to say first of all, always enjoy and treasure you children.. If you want to do this you have to raise people you like and be a person that they like. Be your own best example. Secondly, train and delegate.. Like any job, if an employee is trained to do the job well, then they are able to train other employees under. At first I expected my kids to just know how to take the trash out, for example, I soon learned to teach one or two kids each step they are to follow. When they have mastered the task, then put them in charge of training a newbie. This builds unity and leadership among the family . Eventually, I adopted the saying, "If anyone else can do that job, then Mama should not." Don't get me wrong, I work hard and have many responsibilities however, I DON'T do it all!

Take Charge of Your Health Natural Antibiotics that really work!

The majority of us are overusing antibiotics and are contributing to the rise of Super bugs (antibiotic resistant bacteria)  Today I am breaking out my Dr. Mama tools and mixing up my natural antibiotic blend of essential oils. My daughter got her wisdom teeth pulled and has a small infection. I mixed up a Antibiotic bomb using Oregano, On Guard, Rosemary, Eucalyptus, and Cinnamon. You can check out this and other recipes using essential oils here: https://www.google.com/search?q=photo+of+doterra+antibiotic+bomb&rlz=1C1CHWA_enUS520US524&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=VRQjVN6RH4KuogSRjIHwCg&ved=0CB8QsAQ

I do want to say, when using Oregano IT IS A HOT OIL! ALWAYS USE A CARRIER OIL such as coconut oil to keep it from burning your skin. To take internally drip drops into vegetable caplets to avoid a mouth burn. I ONLY use doTerra essential oils because they carry the certification of Certified, Pure, Therapeutic Grade (CPTG) and can be taken safely.
Oregano is also an awesome Anti fungal source to be used on athletes foot and planters warts.
The Power and Control I feel in my home using essential oils for healing and health is amazing. I no longer worry about what to do with illness in the family. I have a source of healing right at my fingertips.
You can get these oils and more at www.mydoterra.comr/healingsources
I will write more soon on Antibiotics VS Essential Oils for now... It's time to go make another Bomb for my daughter and Blow that infection away!
